To the reception staff, karma is something else. It seems that management does care and allows them to do whatever they want to do. Based upon all of the negative reviews for the reception staff, I don’t know why the entire staff has not been replaced. My advice to them is written warning and/or terminate. Maybe the staff don’t want to work, but that’s not mine nor any other patient’s problem. Honestly, if I talked to my clients the way the reception staff spoke to me today, I wouldn’t have a job. I have NEVER talked to any of my clients in the way that the reception staff here talks to patients. This is my first time here and the reception staff gives this place a BLACK EYE! When your first impression is negative, it takes a lot to earn peoples respect or business for that matter. Once you get to the back, it’s like night and day. Management needs to talk to her for sure but they probably won’t since there’s other reviews before mine talking about how rude the reception staff is. She needs to do her job properly and stop talking in a combative way to patients. I arrived at 9:45am as expected but the Black reception lady with the Coke bottle glasses decided to punish me with her sarcastic sassiness that I didn’t ask for or want. My appointment was 10:15am with an early arrival.

She didn’t check to see what appointment time someone had so the person behind me had an 11:15am appointment with a 30 minute early arrival. 2 months ago Reception staff are rude and sarcastic especially that Black lady with the Coke bottle eyeglasses sitting at the desk as soon as you come in.
